Engineering department:
1. Technical drawings, created by engineers with over 15 years of experience using software like Pro/E, CAD, and CorelDraw, ensure we produce goods strictly to drawing specifications.
2. Tooling/Molding engineers with more than 15 years of experience inspecting tooling/moulding problems, improving quality and production effect, and eliminating defective products.
Quality Control Procedures
The process starts with incoming materials and runs through every stage from material inspection, PCBA aging testing, cable making, soldering, 100% testing, inner molding, 100% testing, outer molding, 100% testing, packing, semi-products, and finished products to the warehouse.
Processes include incoming inspection (lQC), in-process inspection (lPQC), and final inspection (FQC).
Three rounds of 100% functional testing during IPQC ensure the reliability of our products. We always adhere to our corporate principle of "Quality First".
